If for some reason customer cannot cancel via the internet; or if customer forgets to cancel during a free trial period; customer may be charged an additional processing fee to manually cancel a membership.  The standard processing fee is $34.95.

We cannot issue refunds to a user based upon their personal views or opinions of Absolute Foreclosures. This includes views and opinions on the quality and completeness of content, delays in updates. AbsoluteForeclosures cannot be held responsible for charges incurred due to customer inputting a bad or incorrect email address when signing up. Billing Method
Your subscription will automatically renew before your subscription expires. This subscription is billed directly to your credit card. The status of your account will be automatically updated to reflect the renewal and will be available to you when you log in. Renewals will automatically be billed until you choose to cancel your subscription. If you decide not to receive the subscription simply cancel your subscription by logging in into the cancellation section detailed above in the subscription cancellation section.
